The hotel is very nice. The rooms are large and spacious. I asked for a quiet room and got one at the back of the hotel. The staff is friendly when checking in and also for breakfast. You will need to take a taxi to reach the hotel from the Milan Linate airport. All in all I it was a very nice day. I recommend this hotel.

Buyer beware - This hotel is NOT close to the airport. It is a 12-minute cab ride away, and the hotel does not have a shuttle. A cab ride to/from Lenate airport will cost you a minimum of 22 euro and as much as 40 euro if you need the cab in "off-hours" - as we did at 4:30 a.m. - to catch our early morning flight. The hotel itself is fine. It offers the basic amenities and is clean enough. But if you're choosing a place for airport convenience, this isn't really it. Factor in the additional cost and time needed for taxis.

The hotel was ok, its confortable and the bed and pillows are great.
The person who makes the check in was totally rude and unkindness. He told us that things in Italy wasnt like in Mexico. He offend us. Im really sad about that.

Around 25 minutes from Linare Airport (taxi costed 35 euros).
Terrible internet connection.
Hotel has no restaurant for dinner and restaurants offer is limited, but Hotel has a vending machine with frozen food and they provide a microwave oven and forks.
Is not easy to get by bus from Milan city center, it takes 1 train 1 bus 1 long walk that seems safe during the day time.

NH means NO HOT WATER or NOT HAPPY. We were told the hot water gets turned on at 5:30 am. Not satisfactory for an airport hotel. When I informed the front desk person, I got justification, not compassion. The hotel looks modern, rather austere in architecture and decor. The shower had paint peeling from the ceiling and evidence of mold. Breakfast was good however. Not a good value for the money.

We checked in ready to be close to the airport for a morning flight. Don't expect a good nights sleep as there is a night club opposite and the music is sooo loud. We asked to move room but we're told this wasn't possible and the music should stop at midnight.
